In a meeting held in Lokoja, the Kogi State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Barr. Salami Ozigi Deedat, oversaw discussions between key stakeholders including the Makama Dogo of Osuku, Barr. Mohammed Tanko Musa, and the Ohinoyi of Osuku, HRH Alhassan Abdulmumuni, leading to a peaceful resolution of the Ajepe Ogbani Sepa chieftaincy tussle.
Alh. Hassan M. Ibrahim, the Ozoutogbani of Igu, Justice Danladi Yakubu of Sharia Court of Appeal, Lokoja and other representatives of the Ohimege Igu of Kotonkarfi, HRM Seidu Akawu expressed their profound appreciation as well as satisfaction with the manner the chieftaincy issue has been put to rest.
