The Senator representing Imo-north at the senate, Patrick Ndubueze has commended Archbishop David Onuoha’s outstanding leadership and thanked the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, for his unopposed re-election.
In his congratulatory message to the Archbishop in his re-election for another five years as the Archbishop of the Ecclesiastical Province of Owerri in the Anglican communion, Senator Ndubueze extolled him as a true son of Okigwe, a beacon of hope, and a shining light in religious circles, embodying humility, love, and dedication to service.
Senator Ndubueze encouraged Archbishop Onuoha to maintain his exceptional leadership, citing it as the reason for his re-election, and prayed for divine guidance and strength for his continued service.
Most Rev. Onuoha who is the national President of the Christian Council of Nigeria(CCN) is the Anglican Bishop of Okigwe South Diocese of Imo State.

Archbishop Onuoha, a strong voice for peace in Imo State, has consistently organized monthly prayer summits, fostering unity and praying for an end to violence, showcasing his dedication to promoting peace and stability in the region.
The prelate has consistently spoken out strongly against violence and insecurity in Okigwe zone and Imo State, calling for peace and encouraging those involved to cease hostilities. He has also backed community development initiatives, contributing to the growth and well-being of the region.
