Register with APC to actualise your dreams, Idimogu tells Igbos in Lagos

Hon Jude Idimogu, Lagos State House of Assembly Member representing Oshodi/Isolo Constituency II has called on Igbos in Lagos to pitch their tent with the All Progressive Congress (APC) saying it is the only party that can guarantee the much sought Igbo presidency.

He said this at a press conference organised by the Igbos in APC in Lagos on the need for the Igbo to get well involved in the ongoing revalidation and registration of their membership cards.

As a critical Igbo political leader in Lagos, Hon. Idimogu enjoined Igbos to register with the party to be able to realise their dream in the near future.

He said, “I want to use this medium to appeal to my  brothers and sisters, especially those that have not registered in this exercise to come out enmasse to partake in this membership registration which is ongoing through out the State” he said.

Recall that the Igbos have at several fora called in the APC-led national government to cede presidency to the South-East.

In achieving this feat, the LAHA member advised that the only avenue to achieve their agitation is to join the ruling party as a spring board for their dream.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State House of Assembly Chairman on Wealth Creation and Employment in company of his wife, Roseline Idimogu and their entourage have paid a condolence visit to the wife and family of the late first civilian governor of Lagos State, Alhaji Lateef Jakande.

“We paid a condolence visit to the wife of the first civilian governor of Lagos state

“May God give the family the fortitude to bear the loss and grand him Aljanat Fridaus, adieu Baba.” according to the report.

The former first civilian governor who died on Thursday morning was interred on Friday evening at Vaults and Gardens Cemetery, Ikoyi under strict observance of COVID-19.

Dignitaries from all walks of life throng the venue of the interment to give the man of honour popularly called Baba Kekere their last respect.
