Kogi Governor Ododo thanks Tinubu for strengthening Kogi security

Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo has praised President Bola Tinubu for bolstering security in the state, citing the President’s consistent support.

Ododo stated this on Monday when he visited the President at the state house in Abuja to brief him on the security situation in the State.

He expressed gratitude for the President’s consistent support, particularly in strengthening security operations across the state.

The Governor also conveyed the profound appreciation of the Government and people of Kogi State to President Tinubu for the approval of the Ajaokuta Economic City (Kogi–Hunan Free Trade Zone), describing it as a transformative project for industrial growth.

In his remarks, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu commended Governor Ododo for his robust collaboration with Federal security agencies in addressing security concerns in the state and assured him of the Federal Government’s continued backing.

Both the President and the Governor held fruitful discussions aimed at advancing development and improving the well-being of the people of Kogi State.
