Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo, has lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his unwavering commitment to completing the Abuja-Lokoja Road Reconstruction project, expressing same as testament to his leadership and vision for national progress and we’ll suited infrastructural development.
Ododo emphasised that the project reflects Tinubu’s dedication to sustainable development and renewed vigour to tackling Nigeria’s infrastructure deficit.

The governor gave the remarks on Wednesday during an on-site inspection of the road project at Kotonkarfe in Kogi State, noting that the ongoing work was a clear testament to the President’s vision for national progress.
He stated, “This is more than just a road project; it’s a symbol of President Tinubu’s leadership and his determination to tackle the nation’s infrastructure deficit.
“This is our own coalition of excellence. We’re truly grateful for this development, and we see it as part of a larger vision for Nigeria’s future.”
The Governor further extended his appreciation to the Minister of Works, Engr. Dave Umahi, for overseeing the high-quality construction work on the road, which will significantly enhance connectivity and boost economic activities between Abuja and Lokoja.
“We appreciate Mr. President, our father, for his love for the entire people of this country.
I want to appreciate the minister for works, for the good job he’s doing here.

“This was a road in this country adjudged not to be economically viable. Today, we thank God and we thank Mr. President, and the minister because they saw it as economically viable as long as the country is concerned.
“This is the only road that connects the north and the south. This is the coalition, when we’re talking about the coalition. Those people shouting coalition, ask them to define coalition. I think this is another source of livelihood,” the governor enthused.
