…Igbos are Unique people – Eze Njoku

Eze Nicholas Emenike Njoku have sued for peace and unity among the lgbos, noting that peace and unity is critical ingredients to the survival of any group.
The Ohazurume I of Ejigbo and the Eze Ndigbo of Aigbaka Ejigbo disclosed this during the Expanded meeting of the Pan lgbo Socio Cultural Organization, Ohaneze Ndigbo Lagos State held in Surulere on Saturday.
He went further to state that the lgbo nation is one united and unique people who are known for the peace and progress of the nation, stressing that the Igbos need to come together, reconcile their differences and work together by moving the Igbo nation forward.
The traditional ruler who is an Ambassador with the United Nations opined that peace and unity of the group was paramount and superior to any unlawful agitations ,while imploring the lgbo elites to always show respect and love rather than criticizing one another.
In the same vein, the President General Ohaneze Lagos State, Chief Sunday Ossai sued for togetherness as a group, so as to not allow their differences to destabilize the peace and unity of the organization.
According to him, the lgbos are peace loving people and he would ensure that the Igbos remain united and strong.
” I want to thank each and every one of you for being ambassadors and for your selfless contribution to ensure that lgbos remain one. I want to apologize to all those who I have offended in one way or the other, and those who offended me I have also forgiven them. Let us work together for the betterment of the Igbo nation,” he submitted.
Chief Ossai however, appealed to all, especially the youths, against abandoning the organization, they rather strengthen it as the youths are the life span of any group, expressed his commitment to actualizing office secretariat for the group.
