Armed Police operatives surround ex- NDDC MD’s P/Harcourt home

Nigeria Police operatives have besieged the residence of Joy Nunieh.
Nunieh, a former acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Her home at No. 3, Owuru Creek view, off Herbert Macaulay Street, Old GRA, Port Harcourt, nation update learnt the security agents arrived, early morning and strategically positioned themselves.
Nunieh who is being investigated by the Nigerian Senate on her involvement on the alleged mismanagement of N40billion NDDC funds is expected to appear before the upper chamber today.
The former NDDC Ag MD has been in running battle with the Niger Delta Minister, Godswill Akpabio, over crisis rocking the NDCC Interim Management Committee (IMC) which has degenerated to accusation and Counter accusations on corruption, lasciviousness and intimidation.
