The workshop, held on 18th November 2025, at the Command, brought officers from various units to enhance their knowledge of the integrated service system, designed to streamline processes, improve workload efficiency, and ensure faster service delivery.
In her address, the Customs Area Controller, FCT Area Command, Comptroller Victoria C. Aliboh highlighted the One-Stop Shop (OSS) initiative as a driving force for efficiency and transparency in Customs operations. She noted the training reflects the Service’s commitment to improvement, capacity building, and modernizing procedures to meet global standards.
