Another banditry attack in Katsina, 3 killed

Maikwama village of Dandume Local Government Area of Katsina State has also witnessed banditry attack this monday that left three persons killed.
The bandits were said to have sacked the entire village, stole unspecified number of cattle, destroyed and looted shops. They also took away with them large quantity of food items.
The unrelenting bandits had on Sunday, attacked Kurmin Chakara a neighbouring village, and kidnapped one Alhaji Kabiru.
On the 9th of June, 2020, about 40 persons were reportedly killed by suspected armed bandits in Kadisau village under Faskari Local Government Area of the state..
The bandits according to sources were about 200 all on motorcycles stormed the community at midnight on Tuesday 9th July and carried out the attack till early Wednesday morning without any resistance from any security agency.
Cases of banditry attack has become a reoccurring issue in Katsina state prominent indigenes of the state have either been killed or kidnapped in the recent time with many other lives being lost.
