The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has launched its 2025 Customer Service Week celebrations with a renewed commitment to delivering exceptional service and promoting a culture of responsiveness and efficiency.
The agency’s Director-General, Dr. Dayo Mobereola, emphasized that effective service delivery is central to NIMASA’s mandate and that excellence must begin internally before extending to external stakeholders.
He stated that NIMASA’s commitment to service excellence is reflected in its efforts to transform customer challenges into opportunities and consistently deliver high-quality services that grow the Nigerian maritime sector.
The agency’s management staff, including Executive Directors and the Head of SERVICOM Unit, Hajiya Rakiyyah Lammai, reaffirmed their commitment to upholding service excellence.
The 2025 Customer Service Week celebration, themed “Mission: Possible,” features recognition programs, engagement activities, and customer feedback sessions across NIMASA offices nationwide.
The initiatives aim to promote a culture of responsiveness and efficiency, ultimately enhancing the agency’s service delivery and public confidence.
