FRSC boss calls for excellence in service delivery as 2025 customer service week begins

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has kicked off its 2025 Customer Service Week with a call for excellence in service delivery.

Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed declared the week-long event open at the FRSC National Headquarters in Tuesday emphasizing the importance of quality service in enhancing public trust and improving the experience of road users.

The Event featured medical check-up on staff as part of the Corps’ efforts to promote staff wellbeing as well as awards and commendation of offices that excelled in the SERVICOM rating for the year for their outstanding performance in service delivery.

The FRSC boss said the theme “Mission: Possible” underscores the corps’ determination to deliver exceptional service to the public.

The corps Marshall said, “The FRSC is committed to delivering quality service that meets the needs of road users across the country. We recognize the importance of effective service delivery in enhancing public trust and improving the overall experience of road users.”

The acting National Coordinator of SERVICOM, Mr. Anthony Ashim, commended the FRSC Management for its commitment to quality service, highlighting its impact on public trust and road user experience.

The week-long event is designed to promote a culture of excellence in service delivery, recognizing the critical role that customer service plays in building trust and confidence in the Corps.
