Fani-Kayode’s defection: ‘Do not call cow your brother because you want meat’ – Omokri

The defection of the former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode to the rulling All Progressives Congress(APC), has caused Reno- Omokri to remind that it will be immoral for one to call a cow the brother because he wants to eat meat.

Omokri a socio-political activist stated this on his verified Facebook page few hours after Fani-Kayode defected from the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) to the APC.

The former aide to ex President Goodluck Jonathan further stated that he would never go back to his vomit by joining political party he hithert condemned.

Omokri who has been a major critic of President Muhammadu Buhari administration like Fan-Kayode was hitherto blamed some political activities in the country on poverty and lack of business mentality.

He stressed that those who are financially buoyant will not “call a cow your brother because you want to eat meat”.

Omokri in clear terms stated, “Politics without shame is the bane of Nigeria. This is why I urge those who love Nigeria to also love business. When you have independent sources of money, you will never. call a cow your brother because you want to eat meat.

“How can you know that a person is an inveterate and incurable nepotistic tribalist, and you have said so yourself, then you kowtow to him? Buhari is the worst thing to happen to Nigeria, and APC is a gathering of all that is wrong in Nigeria.

“May I never be in a situation where I will have to return to my vomit because my stomach is empty. God I beg you. I beg you. In Christ’s name.”

Mai Mala Buni, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Caretaker Committee on Thursday, presented Fani-Kayode to President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The brief ceremony was also witnessed by: Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Governmemt of the federation and Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle of Zamfara State.
