COVID-19: 407 confirmed, 34 new cases, 12 deaths – NCDC

The total number of confirmed infected persons from Coronavirus in Nigeria has this wednesday reached 407 with 34 new cases identified.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control announcing this on it’s verified Twitter handle said death from coronavirus has increased to 12.

The release which was made at 11:20pm on Wednesday 15th, April, 2020 has it thus,

“Thirty-four new cases of #COVID19 have been reported as follows: 18 in Lagos, 12 in Kano, two in Katsina, one in Delta, one in Niger.

“As of 11:20 pm on the 15th of April, there are 407 confirmed cases of #COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. 128 have been discharged with 12 deaths.”

So far, 128 person have cheated death as they have recovered from the deadly virus.
