Court convicts BlueMalc Company for Oil Theft

The Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, presided over by Justice I. M. Sani has sentenced BlueMalc limited to one year imprisonment.

The judgement secured by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC), Port Harcourt Zonal office was on illegal bringing in of a barge to lift adulterated Automotive Gas Oil in Nigeria without License perpetrated by BlueMalc Limited.
