The sitting arrangement, in cool air-conditioned halls, thier food display warmer showcase sets, lightning and the plates in which the food are served are all alluring.
The outlet is so beautiful to spend one’s hard earned money especially at this time every kobo means much.

With less than N1,000, one can still have a feel of this unique amala food and other delicacies.

According to Chief Adams, Amala Hut is a well thought out family business that will definitely succeed generations. He said, “The journey of Amala Hut is not Niyi Adams’ but a family business, we have other outlets outside this. We keep trying and expanding. We have deemed it wise to have something of this nature in the heart of Ibeju Lekki, ingrained with that local touch.
Wherever you see Amala Hut logo, its all about history. We want to put Amala in the world record, we have what it takes.

“We have assured of buffet services.By this package, one can pay a little token and eat whatever he or she wants to eat. That’s only for Saturdays and Sundays,” he stated.

While cutting the tape to declare the outlet open for business, Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran(Jandor), emphasised that in a perverse economy as in Nigeria today, food business is the only viable means of generating a sustainable daily income. He encouraged the management to keep to standard.
Jandor who was the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) Lagos state governorship candidate in the 2023 elections said, “People are hungry, they want to eat. You must make sure that what you produce here is top notch, I have no doubt that Chief Adams involvement in this venture will make the difference because he is a man of integrity.

Jandor

“He has given some of us professional politicians challenge.”
Also Hon. Badatunde Adams in his speech said he looks up to seeing Amala Hut outlet extended to all the 20 local government areas in the state.

Hon. Adams

Hon. Adams who is the majority leader of Lagos state House of Assembly said he has no doubt that with the involvement of his brother Chief Niyi Adams, quality, integrity and ingenuity are assured.
“We are proud of my brother Chief Adams, he is a successful businessman. I want to request he extend this outlet to the 20 LGAs of Lagos and also build a complex in Ibeji Lekki to be christened Amala complex, am sure people will patronize it greatly., that will take this service to another level.”

Mrs Udumukwu

“As an Igbo, I have come to love amala so well, the amala here at Amala Hut is second to none, this is a place to be. My friends that eat vegetable soup and other delicacies have all attested to the wonderful qualities of food here. We are satisfied. I encourage Lagosians to patronize Amala Hut, they have kept to their words. One thing is opening a restaurant. We have observed that those things expected to make a restaurant thick are here, no doubt.”
like the owners have said, with less than N1,000 one can get a plate of food as well as enjoy buffet at a reasonable cost on weekends.”
