MWUN President Bunu praises promoted Police Mobile Force officers attached to union

The President-General of Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN), Comrade Francis Bunu Abi, has congratulated two Mobile Police Force (PMF) officers attached to MWUN headquarters in Lagos on their promotion.

The PMF officers, Marcus Peter and Segun Oladunjoye, formerly Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs 1 Unconfirmed), have been elevated to Confirmed ASPs 2. They were commended for their exceptional conduct in carrying out their official policing duties without fear or favour, protecting lives and property in line with the Police laws, which they have diligently adhered to.

In an e-signed release by Comrade John Kennedy Ikemefuna, Head of Media, MWUN, Comrade Bunu described the two Superior Police Officers (Supols) as consistently well-behaved, with impeccable uniform turnout. Since their deployment from the PMF squadron to the Union, they have excelled in maintaining law and order, ensuring effective security enforcement.

He urged the officers to maintain their exemplary conduct and uphold the pride of good policing, projecting a positive image of the Police Force.
